PLACEMENT & TRAINING
The very active placement centre serves as a foundation for many careers by guiding students in right direction through continuous counseling and arranging for campus recruitment’s .This centre creates a meticulous database and assists the students in getting placed in national & multinational companies through campus recruitment. Till date, several hundreds of our students have been placed in rewarding jobs through VSVNPC.
Objective
The objective of the final year students' training program is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional demands by enhancing technical and soft skills. Providing industry exposure through in plant training and offering career guidance and networking opportunities. The program aims to foster research and innovation, professional ethics, and prepare students for the transition to the corporate world, while promoting continuous learning and development to ensure students are well-equipped for successful careers.
